3. Products and Services

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Photographs, visuals and descriptions have no contractual value and may present slight variations without engaging the responsibility of 124 bpm.

3.1 Merchandising (produits dérivés)

Physical products (clothing, accessories) are manufactured and shipped by our partner <strong>Printful</strong>, specialized in print-on-demand.

Advantages:

Manufacturing and shipping times are indicated on each product page. Generally allow 7-14 business days depending on destination.

3.2 Billetterie

Event tickets are provided in electronic format (QR code) sent by email after payment.

Each ticket is unique and nominative. It is strictly forbidden to duplicate or resell tickets.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

124 bpm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order

Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm commitment from the buyer.

The order is considered final after:

124 bpm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, payment default or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made exclusively online via the secure payment platform Stripe.

Stripe allows payment by credit card and other methods offered depending on the buyer's country.

Banking data is processed directly by Stripe. 124 bpm never has access to the buyer's banking information.

The order is validated only after payment confirmation by Stripe.

7. Shipping

7.1 Digital Content

Digital content is made available for immediate download after payment confirmation.

The buyer is solely responsible for the compatibility of their computer equipment.

No refund, exchange or withdrawal is possible for digital content.

7.2 Physical Products (Merchandise)

Products are made to order by Printful and then shipped to the address indicated during the order.

Times:

Times are provided for information only. 124 bpm cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the manufacturer or carrier.

A tracking number is provided upon shipment of the package.

Risks related to transport are transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Shipping costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to destination and displayed before order confirmation.

7.3 Event Tickets

Tickets are provided in electronic or physical format according to the terms indicated at the time of purchase.

A purchased ticket is personal and non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by the organizer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Digital Content

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment.

By confirming their order, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

8.2 Physical Products

The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

Return costs remain the buyer's responsibility.

Refund occurs after receipt and verification of returned products.

8.3 Event Tickets

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, event tickets do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

The purchase of digital content grants the buyer a strictly personal and non-commercial right of use, without transfer of ownership rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with current regulations and the website's privacy policy.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
